How do I apply the Black Friday discount?

How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
We're working around the clock to get you your orders. Please note we're in a busy period so products will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.

If I have a change of mind on my order, can I make a change?
If your has not been dispatched, please email hey@bymeandcrew.com.au asap and we will try our best to change! If the order is dispatched, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.
Does the sale apply in stores and retailers?

How can I claim the gift with purchase?
The gift packs will be automatically applied to your order, however, do note that the quantities are limited hence it may not show up in your order after it has run out.
I bought something prior to the sale, can I be refunded for the difference?
